hi! are these true to size? I've heard you should size up in these shoes so just wondering!

@rencarlson93 hey :) I would say they are true to size. I can usually wear shoes between 6.5US to 7.5US depending on the style/brand, but on average, I go for a size 7US. I just tried these on again to be sure (wearing a thin sock), and they fit like a glove with what I described above. The recommendation to size up might come from the narrow toe, but with an average foot shape, you shouldn't have any issues!
