Never Worn: These LOFT leggings are really, really cute. The fabric is 94% polyester and 6% Spandex so they have lots of strech. From the top of the waistband to the leg bottom they measure 35 inches. The unstretched waisband is 26 inches. The unstretched hip area is 29 inches.
