LOFT floral top with cap sleeves. Beautiful floral print on black. V-neck. Cap sleeves with ruffles. Ruffle on front neckline also. Elasticized hem. Loose fitting. Fabric tag is missing. It’s very lightweight. One small pull in front (see last pic) but it doesn’t show up with the draping fabric.
