Very good condition leather. The leather parts get conditioned with leather conditioner so it looks good. Not like the majority of used full leather LV or ugly brown Monogram. That stuff looks so beat and old. Whiney about price? Go buy the Sac Plat for more! If you whiney about price you can't afford it. I am selling this $3800 briefcase as I have not used it as much cuz my 15" laptop doesn't fit. I will use it again if I get another 13" laptop but I cycle my Louis Vuitton like Tinder dates.
