bkors @pinkberry34 Hi. I originally got a size 16 but it was too small so I exchanged it for the 17. I realized this not matching when I was taking pictures too. I called the store and they say they can’t re issue the certificate but they did give me this document that I will post. I can also give you my Cartier profile info if you want to call the store yourself to confirm.

bkors @pinkberry34 I know, I pushed them but they would not budge. They said legally they cannot. There is anther document they offered me that cost 100 usd but it’s not like original certificate. From my understanding, it’s just a fancier form of the letter that they printed me off.
