LOVE SAM short sleeve crochet tassel top XS

LOVE SAM elastic smocked neck top can be worn on or off shoulder. Fully lined, slightly cropped with intricate crochet like pattern in 100% cotton. Short sleeves feature a fringe at bottom. Top also has sweet little tassels that move with your movements. Top is labelled XS but I am more of a medium and it fit me! Excellent preloved condition. Measures: 18 inches from pit to pit 20 inches across bottom hem 19 inches from shoulder to bottom hem
