LOWER EAST SIDE | Tan/Camel Buckled Heeled Boots

Boots go to approx. the middle of the calves. Heel height is approx. 2 inches. Size 9.5 but would also fit a size 9 foot. They were only worn once pre-pandemic and are super comfortable, I just don’t really wear them anymore. Last 2 photos show some minor damage to one of the boots. It appears to be glue that I didn’t notice upon purchase, however, I do not have the correct materials to safely remove it.
