First measurement is the sewn line under the bra part, pit to pit, which is 15 inches, From that centre,(middle lower chest) where the bra triangles meet to the end of the skirt is 14 inches. There are no tags, lots of elastic for give and comfort. Note: tags have been cut out, so sizing is approximate. *P1045
