There is NO size dot or anything and trust me I LOOKED hard! IThe front has a pouch that goes from one side to the other and inside that is one of the little mesh pockets that you could put keys in so they don't fall out, or whatever. I tried it on because it's 19" ptp however, there was no way I could get it on. So, based on that I' definitely saying it's a small. And the reason being is the bottom gets too tight when trying to put it over my chest. It's Basically new. It looks new, feels new and no marks or anything at all.
