Wore for 2 weddings and had so many compliments both times - super flattering cut and neckline. Purchased from Nordstrom. - Lay flat measurements: bust ~12.5", waist ~13", length (top of strap to hem) ~59". Note that the fabric is fairly floaty and there is some wiggle room in these measurements

s_bouchey @meaganpotier - no problem at all! I'm typically a 6-8 in dresses, depending on brand. The open back of this one definitely gives the bust some wiggle room but the seam at the waist doesn't has as much give. Hope this helps. Good luck on your hunt!
