Simple , elegant party event skirt that could be worn in so many situations. It’s black crinoline lining is giving it a punk whimsigoth faerie vibe of a particular artist from late 90’s early 00’ss who always made her faeries in black and white striped tights with boots and a similar style skirt to this ! So I can see it as useful for Halloween or Cosplay The stunning size small and I do mean small , perfect for a 0-2 (the brand makes me suspect it may have been a large , xl juniors). Either way it would look perfect worn AS IS , in EUC just missing fibre care labels. Has wide waist band with snug fit, and side zip. Also has wide belt loops that lay flat if you are not using! Beautiful pleats, Beautiful skirt! Great at any social event or occasion from coffee with the girls , to date night , or a more formal occasion ..simply depending on how you pair the top ! Personally I love this with several of the other xs tops in my closet ( needs update sorry!
