La Chateau navy blue XXS formal dress

Navy blue dress from La Chateau. Size XXS formal dress. Only wore once at one of my sisters grad events. Technically brand new, with no flaws. I am willing to reduce price, just want to give it to someone who needs a nice dress that isn’t extremely pricey :)
