galemaddison @fleurbleue54 Hello! There is not a fabric listed (I think that is is acrylic / polyester). The waist measures across at 14”-15” (elastic stretch included). The elastic is in great condition. The hip measures at approximately 20” across. Please let me know if I can provide any more information.

galemaddison @fleurbleue54 I would not describe it as rigid or soft. The fabric does not stretch but I would say that on a scale of rigid to soft, it is closer to soft (it moves and flows). I hope that helps!
