Reposhing this item I purchased from @tldynes. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. They were just too long on me, and would probably be best on someone 5'4" or taller. Please note that the true colour is a satiny, shimmering teal blue, best shown in the first 6 pictures. The last 4 photos have close ups for measurement and other information, but the exposure is poor, and the colour is not accurately shown. Flat measurements: Waist: 12 inches (stretches to 17) Length from waist to cuff: 31 inches In excellent pre-loved condition. I tried them on and then washed them, but did not wear them other than that.
