Hi. You should be able to go into the app yourself and change your address. You don't need to contact them. You would need to do that before any transaction is complete .I have to print off the label which contains all the details and I can't change anything on it. I'll try and see where you do that and let you know. Thanks. π

In the main menu area, after you select your closet, there is a spot called "my addresses."
Just go in there and put in the new info. π
