LaQuan Smith designed faux leather-look white mini skirt. Never worn but no tags

LaQuan Smith designed white mini-skirt. Faux leather-style: 90% polyester, 10% spandex, PU coating. Lined: 90% nylon, 10% spandex. XS but really tiny! Waist is about 22” Length of skirt is 14.5”, width at the bottom is about 30”. Has a slight give to it. Never worn but small black mark on the back, roughly in the middle, close to the zipper. Never noticed it before. Skirt has not been worn
