Lab Created Sapphire Rhodium Size 9

I lost 80 lbs and now wear a size 7 or smaller I cannot justify the cost to resize it.  Never worn, no box included. Size 9 Rhodium Plated Sterling silver, will NOT tarnish. Lab Created Blue and White Sapphires Main stone is Emerald cut I bought this from TSC, they don't keep records of purchases past 12 months so I don't have exact specs.
