Built in padded cups. Good condition but the straps are a little worn out. I used to tuck them in but they’d probably be better cut out or replaced. Very twirl friendly skirt bottom. 💃😊 Light blue lace top and bottom is a vibrant royal blue sheer material with a blue lining underneath. P2P 13” laying flat (stretches to 20”) Waist 24” laying flat
