Note: back shoulder ribbon came detached shortly upon arrival. It's clumsily sewn back on but it is only visible when the garment is off.
Slightly too big for me so I am giving it up.

could I have measurements when fully laced up?

@all_mad_here yes, the waist is 24.5 inches circumference fully closed. The waist is approx 13.5 or 14 inches down from the shoulder.
