Lace Skirt

Beautiful white lace spring skirt. Never worn! Says size 4 but was custom altered to me. It has some stretch so can expand a bit. Measurements (lying flat, no stretch) are 14.25” at the waist, 17.5” at the wide part of the hips, 20-22” long.
