Lace dress w/ scalloped hem & bell sleeves! 💕 size M

Lovely delicate dress with fitted bust and sleeve (that flares out in a bell shape at the wrist), and slightly flared skirt. Waist is 14” flat. Surprisingly good quality considering its Forever 21! Easy to hand wash, air dries quickly. In excellent condition, only worn a couple times. Sad to part with this piece but it doesn’t fit me anymore!
