The inside chain has 3 charms - ladybug, peace sign, and 4 leaf clover. The outside chain as 5 charms - 1 charms has a heart & a key together, hand print with red crystal in the center, red bead with white circle and black dot, horse shoe with Good Luck written on it and a #7 There is a 7 Symbols tag attached to the one clasp. The chain measures 9" from clasp to the center charm
