Ladies Black Fine Leather Boots 39 Heels 3 1/4"

These are almost as new never worn outdoors. Made in Venezuela, First brand. Nice detail and finishing. Leather uppers, fine rubber sole. Some elastic at back ankle. 3 1/4" heel. A size 39 but seem to be more like a 38 1/2. Soft and comfortable with a bit of height.
