Ladies Cotton Capris Pants

New without tags. Never worn. Cotton capris with 2 front pockets, bought on line and did not return on time. Tag says size 4X but they fit like a large. Waist elastic that stretches to 34” - 36” Hip is 48” Length is 37” I have 2 pair exactly the same - good for summer.
