Ladies HOT TOPIC shorts size 0-1(13inches flat)

These are for both shorts, both are black and white just different patterns but both come from Hot Topic. Waist measures 13 inches flat for both and there is some stretch in the denim. Length of the shorts are 3inches. These are in excellent used condition. Please look to the photos for any other details or measurements.
