Beautiful Leather ankle boots made my Sears - size 8 - good used condition, upper is perfect condition high quality leather, sole showing some normal scuff marks. Heel is 2” - these would look great with straight leg jeans.

modpaws These are a good find, I'm guessing late 70s to early 80s. When people were still wearing bell bottoms. I can picture the look with one of those frilly gauze tops and a knee-length pleated skirt. Early office fashion for career women.

modpaws I love vintage shopping for stuff like this. Like before Y2K became popular I always had so much nostalgia over little plastic soothers cause ravers wore them all the time. You think I got the era right? I was basing it on construction and the shape, which is a little too modern for the 40s or 50s and the heels are too well preserved. Plus I think they're too cool to be that old. And in the 60s, I couldn't see anyone wearing these. Early 70s makes no sense because that was platforms...

modpaws Sorry I'm writing a long reply. I like to try to figure out where and when fashion is from. I took Design History then have been studying the history of fashion ever since. Things get a little blurry in the 20th century don't they? But it's not quite the same vintage shopping online, you don't get the smell of the leather or the feel of the nails in the heels. Anyway, sorry to bug you, I just thought these were a great vintage find.
