Ladies Long Black Velvet Look Tunic/Coat

The tunic is size medium, sleeveless with a mandarin collar and an embossed design on a velvet type material. There are three fasteners at the front that have a velcro tab. The length is 48" very long from shoulder to hem. Vintage item pre owned in good condition.
