hoodlambcanada @lanaabelsohn Thanks for your question, Lana! Definitely not a winter parka, it's only a shell. It's an excellent rain coat/waterproof top layer. I have several friends who have one here in Vancouver, as do I, as our go to rain coat. Nice & long for walks in the rain. And it's big & roomy for layers underneath as needed.
