supercute4u @ginger526, Hi Ginger, I’m confused by your 3 star rating. I’m a 5 star seller and always try to send out perfect items. The Sandals were in like New Condition. If they were a little dusty that may have been from being stored. I personally wrapped them each in tissue paper for you. Were you not able to dust them off? I honestly thought they were very clean when I wrapped them. I always want my buyers to be 100% happy. If you’d like, you may return the Sandals for a refund. Thank you! 🌸🌸🌸

ginger526 @supercute4u Hi -I change the rating to a four because I couldn’t remove it completely. I can’t give it a five because it’s not as they were described. They are very well worn - you can see it on the bottoms which there were no pictures of.

ginger526 Even the silver parts are tarnished and they’re so worn in the soles that there are toe prints there. Yes I can wipe off the dust but I just would not have sent them that way. it’s not necessary to return them or for you to give me a $20 credit although it’s very much appreciated!!

supercute4u @ginger526, thank you for updating your rating. I went back through my pictures I posted and don’t see any toe prints and can see the Coach logo imprint well on the sole (heel portion). I do see though some tarnishing on the silver, I’m so sorry I missed that! Please keep the Sandals and I’m going to go ahead and refund your money for you, I feel awful that I missed that and that you felt they weren’t clean, my deepest apologies!

It was disappointing to see the boots unprotected, not wrapped in anything; tissue paper, plastic etc or anything to keep them from sliding around in the box and getting scuffed. No note either. I ship within a day, wrap everything and insert packing to keep things from moving around. Always a thank you note too. That’s just how I do it🤗😊
