This is a new, never worn Ladies Short Sleeve Dress. This item is a size 13/14. The sleeve length is 8 inches, dresses length is 42 inches, waist across is 14 inches and pit to pit is 19 inches. This dress can be worn to any function, it is machine wash, 100% polyester. It is pale blue in color, a button closure at the neckline. It has a wraparound waist secured by four buttons and has a inner strap tie as well. This is a lovely, light and breezy dress with, shoulder pads and a fringed back.
