kwersh @raywavess I’m not really sure what it’s rating is. It doesn’t say on the label. It’s not down filled so it’s not going to be Canada Goose warm! The interior is polyester. That being said, it’s a very good brand of jacket. We live in Winnipeg where it is very cold and the couple times my daughter wore it she didn’t complain about being cold.
