Ladies black plus size top

Pennington’s. No tag with size, however I wear 1X-2X. It’s relaxed fit. Comes to hips. Can see through the stripes (every other one as shown in photo). Interesting fabric. Little nubbies feel rubbery. Measures 24” across chest and 27 3/4” down from neck to bottom.
