Pure woven wool skirt made in Scotland. Waist is about 29 inches. There are leather straps that adjust the size a little bit. The length is 28 inches. It is a wrap skirt with a flat front and pleats in the back. It hangs straight but the pleats give it some swing. The kilt pin is included.
