Ladies dressy vest

This is a super cute ladies vest however I don't have the boobs for it. It can be worn alone or it could be worn over top of a dress, shirt, or tube top! This has a beautiful lace back with a sash that ties into a bow on the back. The front is held together with 4 bottoms. Fits. A medium as it was too big for me being an xs New without tags
