Ladies flowy blouse/dress

Beautiful flowy blouse, tunic style. I wore as a dress, it came to mid thigh (I am 5'2). Would look amazing with tights and boots. Bought at a boutique, worn once. One size, can fit small to xlarge because of how flowy it is.
