Ladies red cotton and lace top size medium (?)

This is a beautiful red top with lace accents There is no tag with the material but I believe it is cotton. The tag with the brand name says it is a size XXXXL but that might be in the country or origin but certainly not in Canada or the US! I would guess this a size medium. Don’t mind the green color in some of the photos, that is the color of my carpet (I know, I know, don’t laugh!!) Not certain of true size or material, best guess only! Excellent condition
