Ladies size large animal print “mini or tunic”

This is a size large black and white animal print either short dress or tunic by LBisse. I purchased this for myself off of Posh but unfortunately it does not suit me. The sleeves are absolutely beautiful which is the main reason I had to have it. They are flowing and very whimsical. There are 2 tiers of ruffles at the bottom and a tie at the neck. A very pretty piece with many variations of wearing for the coming spring. Please see the above photos for measurements.
