Sorry only just seeing this query. I’m having a hard time trying to get the bust measurement and no it doesn’t stretch. Laid flat im getting 15” which doesn’t seem correct as it’s a size medium. If you’re still interested I could try ironing it in hopes of getting a better measurement.
