Ladies zipper front black vest

Excellent condition. No visible signs of wear. I’m unsure the vintage of this vest. May be from the 90s(?) Has interesting embellishment on the front. (most visible in third pic) Has slit in back. Spandex blend fabric gives it a bit of stretch.
