Beautiful late 80s or early 90s outfit based on the shoulder pads and drop waist side tie. In good vintage condition. This two piece outfit has a long and oversized blouse with a wide banded drop waist and side tie, shoulder pads and back zipper. The skirt has an elasticized waistband and is also rather long as was the style at that time Please check measurements in pictures This fabric is likely a synthetic but it is very pretty the way it shimmers.
