Lady’s in Kitty Tokyo Vintage Dress

White and black pleated dress. Has tiny black flowers and black lace trim with an asymmetrical bow. slightly puffed sleeves, zippered back, shoulder pads. Dress is fully lined. Good used condition. Looks like it had a belt at one point as there are fine loops for one. Would be super cute with a leather belt and boots!
