Laguna Beach Skull Jeans

Jeans by Laguna Beach Jeans Company out of LA, USA. Worn with some issues, missing top zipper button and one button on back pocket flap. The tag says size 32. I measured the waist band and it is 36" and the inseam of leg is 33". The rise on the pant is 24", measured from the back of waistband down and up to the front of the waist band. The width of leg hem is 19 1/2". As seen in photo the approx. hip measurement is 40" I'm not sure but these maybe men's or women's jeans, what ever fits right. :)
