It looks like the paint from the mouth rubbed off onto the face. A magic eraser was used to attempt to remove it but the discoloration wouldn't come off. Will need some TLC. There is some discoloration and stains on the dress and boots. There is some marks on the hair and glitter rub off. The elastic on the cuffed arm has separated from the dress in a spot.
