@ms_hartman hey sorry to hear about ur first experience....I just wanted to let you know that I’m fairly still new just a few months not and I’m so addicted I haven’t had any issues but there are ppl on here that post items but don’t reply or respond if that happens you can cancel your order or if the person doesn’t send an item with 10 days u can cancel as well and get ur money back.

hope that helps but I buy and have sold quite a bit in the short time I’ve been using poshmark it’s honestly very amazing here and they (posh) will fix any issues just message them with your inquiry.... I can understand being ur first time it takes some getting used too but this is the safest app I’ve ever bought from! hope your issue gets resolved asap and it doesn’t ruin your experience here!
