Lancetti vintage small blue snap closure small shoulder bag

Rounded top with snap closure. Partial quilted front. Gold clasp closure and strap holder. Interior is a black plastic type material. Small slit pocket inside. Washable interior. I believe it's leather due to the scuffs on the bag, but not indicated. See pics for flaws, good vintage condition.
