- Weather-resistant shell - Heat-trapping polyester insulation - Adjustable Velcro chest straps - Back slot for leash/harness - 100% polyester shell and fill. Machine wash. Imported Magenta/Fuchsia Polyester shell with polyester filling, lightweight and not bulky. Strap (Velcro) under stomach and a Velcro strap across the front Rough sides of Velcro still have some dog hair that I haven’t be able to get out, but it is fully functional and the Velcro parts are not seen when the coat is done up
