Lapi Abstract semi-sheer ruffle collar blouse

Amazing blouse! The ruffles in the middle are very flattering, the midsection is sinched and provides for a great fit! The shoulders have a bit of puff and are elasticized. PTP~18 Size and label tag is removed. Semi-sheer but I wore it without a beige bra and got away with not having to wear a cami underneath!
