Lapiz Lazuli Rectangle Cocktail Ring RI China 925 Size 8 Sterling Silver

Sterling silver cocktail ring in size 8, with large rectangular blue stone that I think is lapis lazuli. Marked RI China 925. Has some tarnish. Appears to have a gold tone metal plated over the sterling. Condition as pictured, great antique look.
