Reposhing this item I purchased from @lovely_ac. One of the bulbs is slightly loose and there is a minor crack in under one loose bulb. The minor crack is shown in the last photo, and the loose bulb is demonstrated in the video.
The lights are operational (see second to last photo), it just needs 3 AAA batteries (not included).
