Large Blue Opal Sterling Pendant Modernist Mexico 925 Sterling Silver

Beautiful sterling silver pendant from Mexico stamped Mexico 925. The stone is a large blue opal. The stone is a gorgeous dark blue with teal and green flashes. The decorative bail twists and curves to hold the oval cabochon in a horizontal orientation, and the bottom of the bezel is set with long dangling fringe pieces. The entire length of the pendant is just over 3" long. Very good condition, the silver setting has a more matte/worn finish as opposed to shiny and polished, though this appears to be intentional as it us consistent across the entire surface of the bezel and fringes.
